Recruitment / Selection

ManMatrix shall select Manpower through its interview/selection team. However, the Client may also constitute their selection team with ManMatrix’s coordination. Workforce recruitment will be performed through the following sources:

In case of any shortfall of Manpower for overseas projects, ManMatrix shall arrange the same from other countries like Bangladesh, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal, India etc. Manpower already available in the Database shall not require any further interviews. However, the candidate will be re-interviewed if he wants to be promoted to the next cadre.

The selection list shall be based on merit and individual performance, training, experience, and educational record.

Lining up of Candidates for Interview

HR Executive / R&P Staff shall invite the candidates through the most effective means of communication, which should indicate the date. Place and time of interview. The candidates also must be advised to bring the following documents/testimonials at the time of the interview:

Job Card

Job Cards for Welders / Valid Driving Licenses for Drivers. In case of the requirement of any other document, the candidates must be informed to produce the same documents for ManMatrix. The candidate will also be advised that no TA/DA (Traveling Allowance / Disturbance Allowance) shall be paid to him for the interview.

Interview Procedure

HR Executive / R&P Staff shall organize and manage the interview process, ensuring candidates are guided to the correct interviewer as per their trade. Candidates must follow the instructions provided and be prepared with the following requirements during the interview:
ManMatrix ensures a fair and transparent recruitment process, allowing only the most suitable candidates to move forward based on their skills and qualifications.

List of Selected / Standby Candidates

HR Executive / R&P Staff will prepare the final selection list, including at least 10% standby candidates. Personal files for selected and standby candidates will be arranged as per craft code, with all documents checked, signed, and uploaded into MANSOFT. Protection fees and required expenses will be deposited according to company and government rules.
Selected candidates will then be referred to NADRA for issuance of NICOP. They must bring all required documents for verification to complete this step before mobilization.

Medical Test

The selected candidates shall be sent for mandatory Medical Examination (cost of Medical will be borne by the individual). Medical for KSA, Bahrain & Oman shall be carried from GAMCA-approved Medical Centers and, in the case of Malaysia-approved medical centers of The Malaysian government shall be engaged. Passport Particulars to Overseas Offices After getting the medical fitness certificate, the concerned HR Executive shall send the documents to the Client's Office to arrange a visa.

Visa Confirmation

The Client shall be responsible for arranging the visas for the number of persons to be mobilized and communicate the confirmation to ManMatrix Head Office. Client, after having obtained the visa, shall forward the visa document to ManMatrix Head Office at the earliest. Upon visa receipt, the same shall be entered into the database.

Protection Formalities

Demand Letter & Power of Attorney .The Client shall send a Demand Letter in favor of ManMatrix with their craft-wise manpower requirement, salary bracket, duration of stay, leave rotation (if required), and other facilities. Client shall send Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, and in case of SAUDI E-Wakala in the name of ManMatrix. In the case of Malaysia calling, visa information shall be passed on to ManMatrix.

Objective:

This procedure's goal is to establish a standard operating procedure that will enable efficient and quick recruitment, hiring, and selection of foreign labor to fulfill our client's needs for manpower, as well as the mobilization of the necessary categories of labor for clients abroad.

Scope:

This method outlines the areas of responsibility and coordination with relevant clients and applies to ManMatrix office locations. It also has to do with the mobilization of the requested workforce.

Responsibilities:

For all overseas projects and shutdowns, Team Leader HR, ManMatrix, will be responsible for hiring, selecting, and mobilizing labor from Pakistan and other nations, including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia.

Terms:

POE: Protector of Emigrants
CNIC: Computerized National Identity Card
NICOP: National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani

Requirement of Workforce:

The Client shall provide the detailed craft-wise list of Manpower required.
